About
Pauline Pater
I grew up in a strict religious family. I'm one of eleven kids. In this world women weren't allowed to speak in church. No voting. No leading. Just staying quiet.
Every Sunday I sat and listened to the pastor. And every Sunday I thought the same thing: this man is putting people to sleep. He had a captive audience and he was wasting it.
And I knew I could do better.
The problem? I was terrified of strangers. Painfully shy. The kind of person who rehearsed what to say before ordering coffee.
Then something clicked.
Every stranger was a door to a world without the rules I'd grown up with. So I started talking. Then speaking. Then training others to do the same.
Since 2020 I coach founders, executives, and leaders across the world helping them stop shrinking and start owning every room they walk into.
My method isn't about tips and tricks. It's about getting out of your own way and finally taking up the space you were always meant to fill.
Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Master of Science in Business Administration, and a Degree in Education, with relevant work experience in all three fields.
